We have taken on the resposibility to pass our experience and the necessary skills to the ones willing to become an accurate, creative and professional barista.

BARISTA BASIC AND ADVANCED

BASICS: In this class the students will learn the basic info necessary to every barista, from espresso machine maintenance and cleaning to coffee extraction, milk frothing, caffelatte and marocchino preparation. Historical basic info about coffee and its evolution in the world will be also part of the course.

 

ADVANCED: A class for more experts baristas, dedicated to understand how different processing affects the final product. The course includes a practical section with sensorial tasting of different coffee qualities in order to obtain the perfect grinding settings and its full understanding.

LATTE ART

This course is for milk and its artistic form lovers. It will have the attendees mastering all the secrets of freepouring and etching techniques. Aesthetics will have a part too: some of the basic shapes will be introduced (heart, leaf, swan, tulip). The class is a perfect step for whoever wishes to get the “LATTE ART GRADING SYSTEM”certification.

BREWING

A path through the secrets of coffee, from botany to processing until the final cup. A meticolous research of the perfect conditions for the ideal extraction, getting to know how grinding coarseness and water affect the final product. The most innovative filtering systems are included in the course too.

ALCOHOLIC AND NON-ALCOHOLIC COFFEE-SHOP SERVICES

This is a practical class dedicated to whoever wishes to deepen his professional barista skills by learning the basics of alcoholic and non-alcoholic coffee shop services.

 

In cooperation with the historical syrups firm Fabbri, leader in the mix for bars sector, all secrets of the most popular coffee based cocktails will be unveiled!
